I think this blog was very eyeopening and helped me realize things I didn't before. This teacher is trying to say that they care about their students and want to help them succeed in life. The main event is that school isn't about academic learning , it is about self learning and getting through the struggles in your life and overcoming it all.

I agree, because if you decide to take a picture, weather its a good or bad picture, and someone puts in online, you are the one who took the picture and have to face weather or not its on the internet or not.

ME
I personally thought I did well on my website. I think I have accomplished allot through each website, and learning about each technique has helped me grow in knowing what I have accomplished and given me room to grow. I think the Brain Dump, Outlines, and Wire Frames all helped with setting up my website. They all helped me in putting my information together, knowing my color scheme ahead of time, and setting up my website outline.

I enjoyed learning how to put together my websites. Code academy has helped a lot with coding, and placing on the websites.I can use the techniques I have learned in this class in the future by making websites for businesses and maybe even my own.

What is a resume website? What do people put on resume websites. Spend about 5-10 minutes looking up resume websites and what they are used for. Explain what you find. Include an image of a resume website if possible.


A resume website is a summary of your skills, abilities and accomplishments. On these websites, people put Job Objectives, their Education, Employment, Work History, Experiences, Work Experiences, Personal Background and if they have Military or Volunteer Positions.

What are you doing for Spring Break?

For spring break me and my family are going to Alamo Texas to visit my grandpa. We are driving 18 hours strait in a car together. While we are there we are going to South Padre Island, which is a 45 minute drive from my grandpas house. We are staying in Texas for 5 days.

If i were Principle, I could really change anything. I could have things about the same way Mr. Bacon would because I like the school the way it is right now! If I had to change something, I would like to have more people talk to us because that is great to hear and be talked to about different things.

On Saturday, I went to the movies with Jacob. We saw McFarland. It was a great show, and an awesome story. After that, We went to Panera, had dinner, and talked for a while. After that, We went to Jacobs Friend Jacks house and hung out and watched a movie with some people. My Sunday was lazy and I didn't really do anything until the afternoon. At 6:00 I went to Mass with my Family. 

Friday, Febuary 20

To prepare myself for the life I want to live, I would take "Intro to Sports Medicine", it would be a first hour to fourth hour class. This class would be my main class and I would have it every day. after this class I would still go to all my general classes, such as ELA, Math, Spanish, ETC. I would spend my class time learning about all of these subjects, just like we do now. The only thing I would change is that it is mandatory to have class time to work on homework, so you can ask questions when needed.

Color can convey a lot of emotion when it comes to designing anything from a product to a website to an advertisement to a logo and so much more. What do you think the importance of colors on a website are? What is a color scheme and why is it important to have when designing? Explain any thoughts you might have around color in design.



I think the importance of colors on a website are to attract attention to businesses in certain ways that will help that business. A color scheme is a combination of colors, used to decorate. This is important because without color schemes, the website wouldn't have the colors that went good together, it would be choppy, and unpleasant to look at  on a website. Color is important because that's how you attract the attention of others.

Think about the quote above. What does this mean to you? How could this apply to your life? How could this apply to your school work (especially Web Design!)? I would love to give you less work in class if it meant you were going to focus harder on the work. Do you think you would get more out of it? Would that work for you? Why or why not?

To me this means that if you focus more on the things that are important, you don't have to do the things that are not important. This is like at school, instead of doing things to benefit your social life in school, you can do things to benefit your academic life. I do think I would benefit from this because then I would know that if I focused more, I wouldn't have as much work to do. this would work for me because less work is always better.:)

I went to sweetheart with my boyfriend Jacob Goff and 6 of my closest friends. our night started when  I picked Jacob up at his house, and then we went to pictures. After we all took pictures we went to dinner. We had reservations at Mio Pizzeria. After dinner we left for the dance. The best part was the after party. We hung out with all our friends and then we took Jacob home and my friend Logan spent the night. On Sunday I had a soccer game and we won 6-2. Overall, my weekend was great!

a website wireframe is known as a page schematic or screen blueprint. the purpose if a website wireframe is to "arrange elements to accomplish a particular purpose".The wireframe shows the page layout of the website’s content.It mainly focuses on what a screen does, not what it looks like.

I don't know where to start about this younger generation! These little kids have Technology, and things I have never heard of in my whole life time! These kids are walking around with Iphones and Iwhatevers. Do you know what I call that?? SPOILED!! these kids complain about not having Wifi, the only time i would complain when I was their age was when we didn't have food on the table! These kids stay inside all day with their video games, and what not. They do not know how to socialize! sitting there and typing on their Iphones doesn't count! I fear for this generations social life!

This weekend was filled with many events. Starting Friday after school, my whole basketball team went to our team bonding event. First we met at Advanced Lazer Tag, played two games, and then went next door to Pizza Shop.

 Next, I caught the end off the girls bball game and stayed for the boys bball game!

I am a freshman at BVHS. I play basketball, and I am planning on playing soccer in the spring! In the first semester, my favorite class was design fundamentals. So far in second semester, my favorite class is ceramics 1. I am looking forward to the rest of the basketball season, playing soccer, and future pep rallys.

So far in this class, I have found that it will be challenging. I have also found that codecademy is challenging but will be very helpful to learn new things. I also like blogging, I find it easy, but is a good tool to help me. At times codecademy is frustrating, but once I get the hang of it, it will get easier. I have learned how to put in an image which is helpful! I would like to learn how to make a whole entire website, because that is something I do not know how to do!

This weekend was filled with many events! Starting Friday I had a basketball game. It was a great game and we fought hard until the end, but sadly we couldn't pull the win. Then I had a late soccer game after my basketball game! We played a great game but it was a very tough game since we played juniors. Saturday I had Drivers Ed in the morning which was boring and very long! After that, I asked my boyfriend to sweetheart! Sunday I went to my little brothers basketball game. When i got home from that, i got dressed and went to Mass. lastly, I stayed home with my family that night, did homework, and had pizza!

This little article makes me feel like I have been holding back and I can do so much more with my life! We can all try a little harder to work for the things we want and to grow up and get out of our "dream worlds". I totally agree with this article! Teenagers used to have to work for the things that some just get handed to them now. They used to have to get a job to be able to do the things they wanted to do with their friends. Now they can just ask their parents for something and it is handed to them.
